Who we are
This website and the Plunger AI answering service are operated by Chloe Barbieri, trading as Plunger AI ("Plunger AI", "we", "us"). When you use this site or buy a plan, you are contracting with Chloe Barbieri. Contact: hello@strikelv.com.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or continuing to use this website or the Plunger AI service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business and that you are of legal age.
The service
Plunger AI provides AI phone answering, call summaries and appointment booking tools for plumbing and HVAC companies, plus web-based demonstrations. Companies shown in demonstrations are not verified providers or endorsements, and demo assistants do not book real appointments or contact real businesses.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes: using it for any unlawful purpose; fraud, spam or unsolicited messaging; infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy; uploading malware; probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems; scraping or bulk-extracting data; reverse engineering the service; reselling it without permission; or circumventing usage limits. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details confidential.
AI outputs
AI responses and call summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional repair, safety or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them. Do not attempt hazardous plumbing, gas or electrical work based on an AI response. For immediate danger, leave the area and contact emergency services. We may filter, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms.
Intellectual property
Chloe Barbieri retains all rights, title and interest in the service, including its software, AI configurations, call scripts, documentation, designs and the Plunger AI name and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your plan. You keep ownership of the business information you provide and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the service.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Plans and payments
Plunger AI sells monthly AI answering plans: Starter at $249/month, Growth at $549/month and Scale at $1,099/month, with no setup fees. Plans have no minimum commitment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Renewal and cancellation
Plans renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your customer portal; service continues through the end of the month you have paid for. Overage minutes are billed separately at the published rate.
Refund policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of the relevant payment. Our standard refund calculation is prorated for unused service; days already used, calls already accepted and consumed usage are excluded from that calculation. There is no setup fee. Paddle processes and determines refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and may grant a different refund where required. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends, we will delete or anonymise your account data within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
